Leadership Summit – Event Identity
Mountain America Credit Union
Executive Event Branding, Environmental Graphics, Digital, Presentation Systems
Role: Creative Lead | Senior Visual Designer

Led the design and evolution of a multi-year executive event identity system for Mountain America Credit Union’s annual Leadership Summit, spanning environmental graphics, presentation systems, digital experiences, registration platforms, and on-site materials.
Creative Direction
The identity was designed to translate leadership and performance into a clear, high-impact visual system for a live executive environment. Rather than relying on purely decorative treatments, the identity emphasized precision, contrast, and structure—creating a premium visual language that remained highly legible across large-scale executive environments.
Design decisions prioritized:
High-impact visibility across large-scale environments
• Consistency across physical and digital touchpoints
• Flexibility to support evolving event needs without fragmenting the system
Evolution Over Time
Over four years, the Leadership Summit identity matured from a foundational event brand into a scalable executive experience system.

• Established a consistent visual foundation through a premium palette, geometric forms, and structured typography

• Introduced annual refinements to improve legibility, expand functionality, and better support evolving presentation content

• Scaled the system to meet increasing event complexity while maintaining cohesion and recognition
Approach
I developed a modular visual system designed to:
• Maintain clarity and legibility in large-scale stage environments
• Establish a premium tone appropriate for senior leadership

• Adapt to evolving content requirements
• Ensure cohesion across physical and digital touchpoints
System at Scale
I designed the identity system to perform across a wide range of applications while maintaining clarity and cohesion.

It was implemented across:
     • Stage and large-format environmental graphics
     • Event signage and wayfinding
     • Executive presentation templates
     • Digital registration and on-site tools
     • Print and recognition materials
In later years, my role expanded beyond creative direction into broader event coordination and cross-functional planning, helping align creative execution, presentation systems, and stakeholder needs across the summit experience.
Reflection
This project reinforced the value of designing systems for longevity rather than novelty.
Instead of reinventing the identity each year, the focus was on building a scalable foundation that could evolve alongside the event—balancing continuity, flexibility, and executive-level polish across every touchpoint.
The experience strengthened my approach to creative systems thinking: designing identities that remain adaptable over time while preserving clarity, consistency, and brand presence at scale.
